Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if, for any reason the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund. (please note: we do not refund shipping charges).  As you would expect, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  We cannot return or exchange any of our items purchased from other retailers – you’ll need to deal with them directly on that.

Inside the return package, please include:

 

  1. The item being returned in resellable condition.  By resellable condition, we mean tags or stickers still on it, clean, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered in any fashion.

  2. The original receipt.

  3. A note from you to us indicating the reason the item is being returned for refund.

 

We will process your return within two weeks of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete.

  1. The item being returned in resellable condition.  By resellable condition, we mean tags or stickers still on it, clean, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered in any fashion.

  3. A note from you to us indicating the reason the item is being returned for exchange and specific instructions as to what you want us to send you back – size, item, color, etc.

  4. Your contact information: name, address, email, contact phone number.

 

Please note, our inventory is kept current on the site; that said, there may be a lag time from the time you look to see if we have the item and the time we receive your package for exchange – there is no guarantee that we will have the item you want in exchange.  If this is the case, we will contact you to see what you’d like to do.

We will process your exchange within two weeks of receipt.
